This notice explains how SATAI PRO handles information collected through the public website at sataipro.com. It does not replace any separate data-processing terms agreed with restaurant customers using the SATAI PRO management platform.
Who is responsible for your information?

Information we collect
- Enquiry information: your name, restaurant or group name, email address, contact number, role, number of locations, interests and any message you send.
- Privacy-friendly website analytics: pages viewed, general referral source, campaign tags, approximate device type, screen size and anonymous session activity. We do not store your raw IP address in our internal analytics table.
- Technical security logs: our hosting provider may temporarily process IP addresses, browser details and request logs to operate and protect the website.
- Optional Google Analytics data: only if Google Analytics is configured and you actively accept analytics cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to demos, pricing questions and other enquiries.
- To understand which website pages and campaigns are useful.
- To improve the website, software and customer experience.
- To prevent spam, abuse and security incidents.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases
